Your responsibilities:

  • Manage suppliers
  • Research and monitor the procurement market
  • Administer, manage, conclude and negotiate contracts

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial training with a few years of work experience

Operative Buyer

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyse requests
  • Participate in contract negotiations
  • Maintain articles and master data in the ERP system
  • Process orders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Monitor deadlines, prompt payments and send reminders
  • Manage claims
  • Participate in analyses, identify key performance indicators and develop statistics
  • Organise the fleet and business trips.

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial training (work experience is an advantage)
  • Able to work in a team and independently in a structured way
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English, other languages is a plus
  • IT skills (MS Office) and experience with ERP systems.

CNC Technician

Your responsibilities:

  • Adjust and set up CNC milling and/or turning machines independently
  • Set up and execute CNC programs
  • Manufacture items ranging from individual parts to small batches
  • Quality control of workpieces
  • Select and optimise tools and equipment.

 

 

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as metalworking technician, preferably machining technician, toolmaking technician, mechanical engineering technician or similar
  • Extensive machining skills
  • High quality awareness
  • You work independently, accurately and are target-oriented
  • Punctual, reliable and responsible.

Team Leader Production/Assembling

Your responsibilities:

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a 12-person production/assembly team
  • Plan staff deployment and shifts efficiently
  • Ensure product quality and adherence to deadlines, order and cleanliness (5 S) in the production area
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement.

Your profile:

  • Completed foreman training in a metalworking profession with several years of relevant leadership experience
  • Experience with high-pressure hydraulics
  • You work independently, responsibly and in a structured way
  • Communicative, able to work under pressure and highly motivate
  • Good English skills.

Marketing Manager Focusing on Graphics & Design

Your responsibilities:

  • Design Lindner’s visual branding and all advertising material (online and print) in line with the corporate design specifications
  • Create print advertising material from the design concept to formatting for print
  • Develop and realise online campaigns
  • Design trade fair stands
  • Manage social media channels.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training in graphic and/or communication design
  • Experience in B2B and/or an agency is a plus
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong in visualising concepts and confident in designing
  • At ease with Adobe CC programs and sound MS Office skills

Electrical Engineering Technician

Your responsibilities:

  • Service technician for mobile and stationary shredder systems
  • Initial start-up of new machines at the client’s site
  • Find errors and correct them at the client’s site and in Krauthausen
  • Maintain company and third-party machines
  • Provide technical assistance at the Krauthausen location (repairs, extensions, maintenance etc.)
  • Offer technical phone support
  • Create offers and requests using the ERP system
  • Support the electrical components storage area at the Krauthausen location
  • Take part in an approx. 3-month machine portfolio training at the headquarters and production facility in Austria.

Your profile:

  • Training as an electrical engineering technician or electrical engineering foreman
  • Preferably several years of work experience
  • Automation engineering skills (Siemens / Sigmatek)
  • Skills related to Ethernet, Profi Bus, CAN Bus are desirable
  • Skills in installing/putting into operation large and heavy machines is a plus
  • Basic skills in hydraulics are an advantage but not a must
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • ERP system skills are a plus but not a must
  • You work and act independently and responsibly, can work in a team and are flexible
  • Driving licence category B
  • Prepared to travel throughout Europe as a service technician

Technician for the Spare Parts/Service Department

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist our international clients in technical and commercial matters related to spare parts
  • Answer requests, prepare offers, confirm offers, draft delivery notes and write invoices in the spare parts department
  • Schedule appointments and monitor orders
  • Regularly assess clients’ satisfaction
  • Ensure communication between the spare parts and other departments
  • Enter data and maintain IT systems.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical training (apprenticeship leaving exam) or similar technical training
  • Prepared to travel (medium-term, approx. 14 days)

Development Engineer

Your responsibilities:

  • Generate ideas for clients and application-specific production requirements

  • Award contracts with defined targets to third-party companies and monitor them
  • Monitor the market and compare competitors’ and the company’s own products analytically

  • Project management of product series.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed mechanical engineering training at a HTL (engineering-focused secondary school), University of Applied Sciences or Technical University plus several years of work experience in comparable industries and activities
  • Experience in innovation management is an advantage
  • Experience in managing staff is a plus
